  • TecSec, Incorporated v. Microsoft Corporation; in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division.  DiNovo Price recently resolved a significant patent litigation matter on behalf of a privately-held encryption company against the world’s largest software company in a case involving allegations of patent infringement, breach of contract, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation. Currently represent the company in case involving allegations of patent infringement related to data encryption.

Currently represent company in case involving allegations of patent infringement related to home security video monitoring systems.
  • Software Rights Archive, LLC v. Google, Inc., Yahoo!, Inc., IAC Search & Media, Inc., AOL, LLC, and Lycos, Inc.; in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  Successfully represented inventor in case involving allegations of patent infringement relating to search engine methodology.
  • Taylor, et al vTurner Industries, et al; in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division and the Middle District of Louisiana, Baton Rouge Division.  Represented over 250 individual plaintiffs in one of the nation’s largest mass action employment discrimination cases.  Secured $4.05 million verdict in “bellwether” trial of first 10 individual plaintiffs, which was the largest employment discrimination jury verdict in the State of Texas in 2012.  The parties amicably resolved their differences in 2013.
  • Chamseddine, et al v. International House of Pancakes, LLC, et al, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.  Successfully represented four Muslim managers of Dallas area IHOP franchisees in case involving allegations of religious and national origin discrimination.
