The lawyers of DiNovo Price work closely with one of the nation’s pre-eminent boutique employment law firms, Valli Kane & Vagnini LLP of New York (http://www.vkvlawyers.com), to provide its clients with a personal approach to their employment litigation claims. In concert with Valli Kane & Vagnini, DiNovo Price defends the rights of employees who have individual and classwide discrimination and harassment claims based on gender, race, disability, national origin, religion, and age, as well as retaliation, whistleblower, and wage/hour disputes.

DiNovo Price recently served as trial counsel to over 250 individual plaintiffs in one of the nation’s largest employment discrimination cases, Taylor, et al v. Turner Industries. The case was covered by CNN and the Wall Street Journal and resulted in a $4.05 million verdict in the “bellwether” trial of the first 10 individual plaintiffs– the largest employment discrimination jury verdict in the state of Texas in 2012.

DiNovo Price also resolved a matter on behalf of a group of plaintiffs in a significant racial discrimination claim filed by the EEOC alleging a hostile work environment and related violations of the Civil Rights Act. The $1.885 million settlement was the largest in the history of the EEOC’s Dallas office, and garnered national and international media attention. Feature articles regarding the settlement appeared in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and the Dallas Morning News.
