Practice Concentration & Experience
Mr. Mort's practice includes all aspects of intellectual property litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on patent litigation involving the electrical, software, and computer arts.
Mr. Mort has overseen and managed complex patent litigation matters for clients in federal court and before the International Trade Commission. He also counsels clients on due diligence issues relating to intellectual property as well as providing patent portfolio reviews and analysis.
Mr. Mort's experience covers an array of technical subject matter, including computer system architecture and software, artificial intelligence, information storage and retrieval systems, microprocessor architecture, semiconductor devices, Internet protocols and systems, wireless telecommunications systems and software, global positioning systems, avionics, aircraft instrumentation, and automatic flight control systems.
