Andrew G. DiNovo
Mr. DiNovo litigates complex patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property cases. In addition, he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating license agreements and other technology-related contracts. Mr. DiNovo has also prosecuted patent applications in a variety of industries, with a focus on computer electronics, software and communications. His clients include primarily those in the high-tech electronics and computer industries.
Mr. DiNovo has been named a “Texas Rising Star” in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation by Texas Super Lawyers and Texas Monthly Magazine 2007-2009. Mr. DiNovo currently serves as Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the State Bar of Texas.

Obtained summary judgment of non-infringement for pioneer Internet service provider in internationally-followed patent infringement case regarding pervasive hyperlinking technology.
Coordinated joint defense on national patent litigation involving over one hundred defendants on patent relating to computerized image editing systems.
Successfully represented an Austin-based software developer as lead counsel in trademark and copyright infringement lawsuit relating to computer software.
Successfully represented Fortune 500 companies in trade secrets and departing employee litigation in Texas courts.
